We are a Supervised Contact Service operating since 2010’s, known for our dedication to supporting families. We specialise in providing safe and reliable supervised contact visitations and changeovers for separated families, relatives and children.
Our service includes facilitating smooth transitions between parents and ensuring that children develop and maintain positive relationships with their non-residential parents or extended families. Our caring and professional contact supervisors are present during visits to support these relationships through play, dialogue, and positive interactions.

Supervised Contact provides a safe and neutral environment where children can spend time with a non-residential parent or family member. During these visits, a trained supervisor is present to ensure the safety and well-being of the child, while facilitating positive interactions between the child and their family member.

Changeovers refer to the process of safely transferring a child from one parent or guardian to another, typically in situations where there may be conflict or tension between the parents. The changeover is managed in a neutral setting, with the assistance of a supervisor to ensure a smooth and conflict-free transition.

Supervised Contact Reports are detailed records of the interactions that occur during supervised visits. These reports document the nature of the visit, the behaviours observed, and any relevant communication between the child and the visiting parent. These reports are often used in court proceedings to provide an objective account of the supervised contact.
